1. Necessary contact-form cookie
Opening the active contact form creates the first-party DKNETSESSID cookie. It contains a random session identifier used to protect against forged and repeated submissions and display confirmation. It contains no message, name, phone number or email address. It uses HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict and, over HTTPS, Secure attributes. It is a session cookie; its storage depends on ending or restoring the browser session. The application session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. If the form is not configured, the application does not start a session or set this cookie.
2. Cookie window and optional map
The form cookie protects the requested service under the exception in Article 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. The cookie window offers Necessary only or Allow Google Maps. No map connection to Google is made before consent. After acceptance, the map loads automatically when you open Contact while the choice remains valid. Declining or withdrawing consent does not restrict the form or other content.
3. Browser settings and external services
Choose Cookie settings in the footer, then Necessary only, to disable the map and withdraw consent. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking the session cookie prevents secure form submission but not reading the website. Removing the embedded map stops its further operation on this page; it does not delete Google cookies or undo earlier processing. Delete those cookies through browser settings. Manrope fonts are local and Google Chat sets no browser cookies. An external directions link remains available without consent.
4. Remembering settings
DKNETCONSENT stores only your choice of maps or necessary cookies, information version and selection time. It contains no form content or random user identifier. It is set for this website with SameSite=Lax and Secure over HTTPS for up to 180 days. It is used only to respect your settings, including refusal. After expiry, deletion or an information version change, we ask again. If browser storage is blocked, your choice applies only to the current page. We do not use localStorage.
